If you are new to Mixgram, start by downloading the app from the App Store. Once installed, you can begin creating amazing collages from your favorite photos and videos.
Before reaching out to our support team, please check our FAQs section where we cover common questions about using Mixgram.
Start by opening the app and clicking the '+' button to create a new project. Select the photos and videos you want to include in your collage. Once you've made your selection, you can customize your collage with various backgrounds, text, and stickers.
Once you're happy with your collage, click the 'Save' button. Your collage will be saved to your device. To share, click the 'Share' button and choose your preferred method of sharing.
You can cancel your subscription by following these simple steps:
We’d be happy to do this on your behalf, but unfortunately we can’t because it’s Apple and not us that manages your subscriptions and payments. We have no control over your subscription and any payments you make.
If you’re dissatisfied with our product, let us first apologize for not meeting your expectations. You can ask for a refund through Apple by visiting this website and logging in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase. You can read more about this here. Unfortunately, we don’t manage your subscriptions and payments, so we cannot issue refunds. However, you can go through the Apple customer support service to be refunded.
